We are a few blocks away from the PREMIUM outlet shops, as well as other excellent shopping. We are also a stones throw away many restaurants like Olive Garden, Mcdonalds, Hooters and many many more. On top of that, we are also only 1 mile away from Disney. The location is one of the best in all of Orlando!

Check out time is STRICTLY at 11AM. Any late check out is subjected to a late check out fee of USD100. Please note that breakfast and shuttles are not provided.

Self-catered house. As a courtesy, we do leave you a few supplies to get you started until you have a chance to shop. You may find 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom (one in the holder and one extra), a roll of paper towel, a couple of trash bags, liquid dish soap.

The amenities are managed Property Management, and from time to time they do require maintenance and may not be available. This is beyond our control. We apologize in advance if any of the facilities/amenities are under maintenance during your stay. No refunds will be given in this event.

From time to time certain offerings inside the condo (i.e. a blow dryer, cable TV, wifi, washer/dryer etc.) may break, become interrupted or go missing all together. Sometimes this happens without our prior knowledge as the previous guest might not inform us. We do apologise in advance if this occurs during your stay. If something like this occurs during your stay, please advise immediately so we can try to fix the problem as soon as possible. No refunds are given in either event.
