• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



• GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Rental problems

The size of the property was perfect. Location was convenient to stores, attractions and restaurants. The carpets needed cleaning, the dining room chairs needed repairs or replaced. Some of the other reported problems should have been addressed during the reservation such as: broken bed frame, leaking faucets, fishing smelling refrigerator and sharp metal petruding from the dining room chairs

DO NOT STAY HERE

We reserved a 4-day family getaway. Upon our arrival, the community seemed fine, but the house was unsatisfactory. The air conditioning was not functioning, the fire alarm beeped constantly, the furniture was damaged, torn, and dirty. The walls and area rugs were also dirty, and there was no trash receptacle. Additionally, the patio screen door and the pool gate were both bent. This was not what we had anticipated or paid for. Although I was able to contact maintenance, they were unable to repair anything. The only positive aspect of the house was that it was able to accommodate all the guests, and the children enjoyed the pool. I filed a complaint with the company, but they were unwilling to compensate for the inconvenience. Beware! 7/18/24

Large house with private bathrooms

The pros? Each room has its own bathroom which is nice for privacy. The furniture was dirty and falling apart. There are several overlooked maintenance issues , and although checkout wasn’t until 10, we lost access to the thermostat (and therefore the AC) sometime overnight/early morning. This left the upstairs a pleasant 80+ degrees while trying to pack up!

Love your property

I only had 1 complaint. The bedroom by the 1/2 bath did not cool well and we had to use a fan in his room. I would suggest that with a home this large that you provide a couple of larger pots. God bless you and I am interested in this prperty again nect Father's day week (9-14.)
