Had what we needed & good location
Only real issue was Communication was not very good. We received an email quite a bit before with codes to get in the door and a code for the master key lock box but neither of those were correct. I emailed 5-6 hours before about checking in and asked to be notified when the property was ready, but we never received any response. When we arrived at the property at 7:30 at night, the code didn’t work and the key in the master box was only for the door knob, not the bolt. Thankfully, the emergency number did answer right away and give us a new code. The property was clean enough. The location was good as well. We did have raccoons try to chase us into our townhouse when it was storming lol, so please be aware of that. The place had everything we needed to survive for a week as far as dishes, bedding, etc.. Nice pool area, but be warned that they have signs that say you can’t bring in food or drink because they want you to buy from their bar. Last thing, if you like it cooler in your house, be aware that they have it locked so you can’t turn it lower than 72. It was fine for us though. We were at AAU Boys volleyball tournament and the night before we left, we had to play until midnight and then be back at 7am, leaving us with only a few hours of sleep, so we didn’t leave it as clean as we usually do…our apologies for that. I LOVE to clean and usually leave it better than we arrived. Overall I would recommend this place.
