  • Kom en verblijf in ons familie-uitje met 3 slaapkamers, 2. 5 badkamers in het vakantiepark Terra Verde. Het ligt op slechts enkele minuten van Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, de Florida Mall en de internationale luchthaven van Orlando. Een perfecte plek om van de parken te genieten en een ruim toevluchtsoord om naar terug te keren. Het gemeenschappelijk zwembad is geweldig om in te zwemmen of te ontspannen voor die dagen wanneer het te leuk is om te vertrekken.

    We zijn trots op een volledig ingerichte, schone en up-to-date eenheid. Recente toevoegingen zijn onder meer nieuwe tegels beneden en laminaat boven. De woonkamer heeft een nieuwe lederen slaapbank. Onze property manager is uitstekend en heeft een kantoor op locatie. We hebben veel entertainmentopties, waaronder een 46 inch tv, BluRay / dvd-speler en een geluidssysteem. Er is gratis internet via de kabel in de woonkamer en draadloze toegang in de villa. Alle slaapkamers hebben tv en kabel. Er is ook een Wii met spelletjes in de kinderkamer en een selectie bordspellen. Allemaal handig voor die rustige dagen thuis of 's avonds wanneer ontspannen belangrijk is. Ons herenhuis is kindvriendelijk met een wieg / box, kinderstoel, babyhek, stopcontactbeschermers en patio-alarm. Het is volledig ingericht met veel handdoeken voor zowel de badkamers als het zwembad. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met potten, pannen, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker en veel servies en bestek.

    Voor extra veiligheid heeft onze unit een ingangslicht voor bewegingssensoren, een elektronisch deurslot, zodat u zich geen zorgen hoeft te maken over late toegang of het verliezen van de sleutel plus een extra ingetoetste toegang als u extra beveiliging wilt. We vragen actief om feedback van gasten en hebben extra wijnglazen, een plafondventilator in de slaapkamer en een BBQ toegevoegd als reactie op suggesties van gasten.

    Terra Verde is een prachtige gated community met een 24-uurs gate guard. Het is een zeer gewaardeerde bijzondere accommodatie in Kissimmee. Onze unit ligt op minder dan 3 minuten lopen van het grote zwembad, de fitnessruimte, de spa, het beachvolleybalveld, het basketbalveld, de Tikki Bar, de speelkamer en het speelgedeelte voor kinderen, evenals een mooie wandeling langs het meer.

    Naast de grote pretparken zijn we ongeveer 50 minuten van Legoland en iets meer dan een uur van Cape Kennedy Space Center.

Our stay was just perfect. The property was better than shown. The property team was friendly and responsive to any concerns that arose. (Property Entrance Key had to be re-activated a few times) Jonathan was an excellent host.

What you see is what you get

First time not using a hotel for our family vacation so I was a little skeptical but exactly what was advertised is what we got. Quiet clean comfortable everything at your disposal. Would stay again

Great Vacation

The property was beautiful. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was easy to find and very close to all of the local attractions and great restaurants. Shopping was very close by as well. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Amazing Property

This place was honestly great overall. It has everything you need to have a perfect stay/vacation. TVs in every room as well. The kitchen it fully stocked and the grill works great! The resort itself has a lot of amenities also. Close to a lot of attractions too. Highly recommend!

Paradise in Kissimmee

The townhouse was beautiful, completely outfitted, and a block away from all the activities at the community clubhouse and heated pool. A perfect get-a-way in February. We spent the month in Terra Verde's gated community at a very reasonable rental price. We strongly recommend this rental.

Terre Verde nice

Yes, Terre Verde is really nice. Esthetically pleasing, nice pool area, good tiki bar. Our VRBO unit was sort of okay. Dog hair on the throw pillows, steps going upstairs have been redone with very shabby workmanship, hot tub was not hot. Other than that, the place was functional. It did have a good gas grill.

Best place to stay

Terra Verde is just off the main drag, so to speak, and was the best place to stay. Our of the hustle and bustle of traffic.The townhouse had everything we needed for the week. It was quite honestly one of the best, most relaxing vacations we've ever had. The resort was a blast, and the Tiki bar was a godsend. Our 13 year old played basketball everyday with other kids he met, and the pool area was great. We played shuffleboard and ping pong. Our dog came with us and she loved the lizards, cross and ducks. Everything was perfect!! Will definitely visit again!

We were lied to in the documents about parking. Passes are $20 each car and NON REFUNDABLE. When the Internet didn’t work(along with TVs for streaming, it took many calls and texts to get no help. The ac it took a couple of days but much time wasted trying to get help. Worse vacation ever

Location to Disney and universal was great. Away from the craziness but close enough drive. Complex itself was exactly what we expected. First night there we had to have a pest company come as the countertop was covered in gnats. Pest company said they came, still saw bugs entire stay. Was there 8 nights and the hot tub didn’t work one night we were there. The water never got above 80°. Spoke with owner who said they would call maintenance for it, not sure if they ever did. Master bedroom tv went out second to last night so those in that room had to go without If the hot tub and bug problem gets fixed, we would 100% stay again!

Had what we needed & good location

Only real issue was Communication was not very good. We received an email quite a bit before with codes to get in the door and a code for the master key lock box but neither of those were correct. I emailed 5-6 hours before about checking in and asked to be notified when the property was ready, but we never received any response. When we arrived at the property at 7:30 at night, the code didn’t work and the key in the master box was only for the door knob, not the bolt. Thankfully, the emergency number did answer right away and give us a new code. The property was clean enough. The location was good as well. We did have raccoons try to chase us into our townhouse when it was storming lol, so please be aware of that. The place had everything we needed to survive for a week as far as dishes, bedding, etc.. Nice pool area, but be warned that they have signs that say you can’t bring in food or drink because they want you to buy from their bar. Last thing, if you like it cooler in your house, be aware that they have it locked so you can’t turn it lower than 72. It was fine for us though. We were at AAU Boys volleyball tournament and the night before we left, we had to play until midnight and then be back at 7am, leaving us with only a few hours of sleep, so we didn’t leave it as clean as we usually do…our apologies for that. I LOVE to clean and usually leave it better than we arrived. Overall I would recommend this place.

Well stocked condo in convenient location for Disney/Theme Parks

The property was in a nice location, convenient to Disney. The condo was clean and well stocked with linens and all necessary kitchen utensils/equipment. The grounds were well kept and the pool area was very nice. Unfortunately the two issues we had with the property overshadowed the positives with our visit. We rented this unit for the outdoor patio with hot tub. My kids were looking very forward to the outdoor hot tub - and it was not working correctly. It shorted out (turned off) every few minutes, so if you wanted the hot tub to stay on, you had to walk out of the back gate and flip the breaker every few minutes. We asked it to be repaired, but it was not repaired during our visit. We were told to use the Club hot tub, which was also out order. The other issue we had was that the thermometer was set to stay at or above 72 degrees. We were told during the summer months, it would not cool below 75 degrees and to utilize the provided fans and open windows at night. The problem with that was that the air conditioner was never cool enough to remove the humidity from the unit. So even with the fans, it was an uncomfortable damp feeling at all times. We have lived in Central Florida and now live in a very humid region as well. This "damp" feeling inside at all times was a new experience. Had we known the ac was locked at 72, we could have chosen another location. However, despite the temp/humidity and hot tub malfunctioning, the unit was very well appointed and in a good location for a family visiting the area.

It felt like a home away from home. I was a little disappointed that the hot tub at the townhouse/condo was not working. There was one at clubhouse that worked but still would have liked to use the personal one. The owner did notify me a few days before arrival that was out. Other than that great location for family. We felt safe being in a gated community.

Pleasant & Homey

It was as if we were staying in someone else's house for the week. That could be taken as a good or bad thing, but with 4 little kids, it was a good thing for us. The community area was great and everyone seemed pleasant when we spoke with them.

Better than the pictures!

My sister and I were going to Florida to watch my nieces band March at Disney. We needed someplace for just us and I found this one. The pics of the place and the patio with the hot tub sealed the deal. Off the gated patio are some woods. The clubhouse and pool were awesome and they have fishing stuff you can borrow to fish in the beautiful lake. It could easily sleep 6-8 people and be very comfortable. The patio and furniture out there, with the hot tub, was gorgeous. I ended up asking if my nephew could stay a few nights and that was no problem. Great communication, very fast to answer anything. Clubhouse and Gate team were awesome. Everyone was so friendly and easy to work with if you would need anything. Being in a gated community helped us feel very safe. About 15 minutes to Disney. 5-10 minutes to town where there is tons of shopping and restaurants. My sister and I will absolutely stay here again if we go back to that area. One of the best places we’ve stayed!

Great Location

Had a great stay. Was my second time staying in Terra Verde. This unit has a great location in the resort. Very short walk to community pool and clubhouse. Very nice townhouse. Well stocked with towels and other items. Can’t give 5 stars because of issue with hot tub. I called property manager about it not maintaining temperature while in use (temp would go up/remain stable when covered and not having jets going). This issue remained unresolved. So when I would turn on jets, temp would go down pretty quickly from cold water from jets. Only way to raise it back up was to turn jets off and even that was a slow process and defeated the purpose of hot tub in my opinion. Didn’t really have time during the day to continue to contact property manager about this. Not sure if anyone came to look at issue or not as we were gone most days during the day. May have been resolved if I continued to contact. Would stay in this until again but work harder to resolve any issues. Was a great stay!

Was really convenient to everything. The property it's self was clean and they provided everything necessary for a great stay! Only thing is I would prefer trash pick up every day. But besides that I would stay again 😃
