**The Space**

This spacious two-story home is designed for comfort and fun, sleeping up to 12 guests. You'll find stylish decor, smart TVs in every room, and plenty of space for your group to relax and make memories.

*First Floor:*
* **Living Room:** A comfortable space to gather with a large Smart TV.
* **Kitchen:** A fully equipped kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners.
* **Dining Area:** Share meals together at the dining table with seating for 8.
* **Master Suite (Bedroom 1):** Unwind in a luxurious King bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and double sink.
* **Outdoor Oasis:** Step out onto your private, screened-in patio. Splash in the pool, relax in the attached spa, or fire up the grill for an evening BBQ. The patio includes seating for 6.
* A convenient half-bathroom and a laundry room with a washer and dryer are also on this floor.

*Second Floor:*
* **Family Loft:** A fantastic hangout spot with a 65" Smart TV, perfect for movie nights.
* **Minions Room (Bedroom 2):** Two Twin beds in a fun, themed room your kids will love.
* **Super Hero Room (Bedroom 3):** Two Twin beds in an action-packed themed room.
* **Queen Room (Bedroom 4):** A comfortable Queen bed with a shared bathroom.
* **Queen Room (Bedroom 5):** Another cozy Queen bed that shares a bathroom with Bedroom 4.
* **Second Master Suite (Bedroom 6):** A spacious retreat with a King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink.

**Guest Access**

As our guest, you have complete access to the entire home and its private amenities. You also receive complimentary access to the first-class resort features at Windsor at Westside, a gated community with a 24-hour  attendant.

**House Rules**

* Check-in is at 4:00 PM.
* Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
* The minimum booking age is 21 years old (at least one guest must meet this requirement).

**Important Information**

* **Pool & Spa Heat:** This service can be added for $30 + tax per night for your entire stay. Please request it at least 2 days before check-in. Note: The attached spa is not a separate jacuzzi; it is heated to the same temperature as the pool.
* **BBQ Grill:** A grill with a propane tank can be provided for a one-time fee of $65 + tax. This must be requested before check-in.
* **Amenities for Little Ones:** A high chair, crib, and Pack 'n Play are available for your use.
* **Package Delivery:** Please contact us directly to arrange for any package deliveries to the property.
* **Security:** For your security, six surveillance cameras are installed on the exterior of the property. These devices are for security purposes only and are not directed at the pool area or any interior spaces.
* **Concierge Services:** Additional services like park tickets and grocery shopping can be arranged.܏
