Enjoy the Halloween Season, special events in the parks begin in September!! to Magic Dream House. The condominium is ideal for enjoying family vacations and/or shopping. The unit has a great location for fun at Disney Word, Universal, Disney Spring, Celebration, parks and good shopping at major outlets.
The ground floor has a living room, with a sofa bed and an armchair, with TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, stove, microwave, crockery. Washing machine and dryer
The kitchen has basic cooking utensils.
There is a bedroom with a king bed and suite bathroom, with a Jacuzzi. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom with a queen bed and suite bathroom. Two bedrooms with two twin beds each and a full bathroom. For babies there is a cot and a chair to eat. In each room there is a TV and Wi-Fi. Sheets and towels are provided. There are no towels for pool or beach.
Guests can enjoy the common areas, such as the 3 pools and the Jacuzzi, grill, hike around the lake
This unit is located between the main pool and a secondary pool in both you can access the barbecue and games for the children. There are also bathrooms in the common areas. The place has tennis, basketball, volleyball courts and a gym for the most active. Pets up to 20 pounds are allowed. Free parking is available
The location is one of the best in Kissimmee. We are just a few blocks from PLAZA DEL SOL where Burlington and Ross are highlighted, as well as other great shopping. We are also very close to restaurants such as Golden Corral (Free Fork), Dennys Open 24 Hours, Mcdonalds, and many more, for all tastes. On top of that, there are two waltmarts where in addition to daily shopping, you can buy very nice Disney gifts. If you like musical and fun shows for children this Medieval Nights. We are 20 minutes from any of the main parks and shops. If you want to shop at Disney Spring I recommend you go from morning to night to have dinner and listen to music.
We are 10 minutes from Loop, shopping, movie and dining venue. Where there is a Publix nearby, on Wednesdays there is Sushi
The condominium is located just 13 miles from the city of APOKA. Ideal for fishing lovers, where they can find a crystal clear water spring.
It is approximately 70 miles from Florida's main beaches, such as Clear Water, St. Petersburg, Tampa, Daytona Beach (you can visit the Daytona Race Course). You can also visit Cape Canaveral

Check-out time is STRICTLY 11 AM. Any late check-out is subject to an after-time check-out charge of USD100.

As a courtesy, we've left you with a few supplies to get you started until you have a chance to shop. You can find 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom (one in the stand and one extra), a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, liquid dish soap.

Services are managed by Property Management, and from time to time require maintenance and may not be available. This is out of our control. We apologize in advance if any of the facilities/services are under maintenance during your stay. No refunds will be given at this event.

From time to time, certain offers within the condo (i.e., a dryer, cable TV, wifi, washer/dryer, etc.) may be broken, interrupted, or lost entirely. Sometimes this happens without our prior knowledge, as the previous host might not inform us. We apologize in advance if this occurs during your stay. If something like this happens during your stay, please let us know immediately so that we can try to fix the problem as soon as possible. No refunds are given in either case.
