The hotel was fantastic, would definitely stay there again. The staff were very welcoming and helpful went out there way to help us. It was very clean outstanding.

This Hotel was the second Townplace Suites we stayed at (either side of the cruise) and it was a nice property. The pool area was really good with plenty of space and loungers. Our last day we ate at the Flamingo Grill which was also good.

First time traveling with my 8mo old, called ahead to ensure a crib for her stay. They “ran out” of pack b plays and the baby was left to sleep on the floor! Was told there is nothing they can do.

The access to the property was very difficult (construction around the entire front/parking lot area). When you'd question the staff they either wouldn't respond or act like they didn't know what was going on.

Convient and well equipped except no wine glasses. We had a 2 bedroom suite so it would have been nice to have wine glasses and when we asked if we could get some at the front desk they said no , they did not seem happy at our request

Quiet but the cleaning staff threw away some important business papers I had in my room. No grits or hash browns for breakfast and the pillows and mattress were terrible.

The staff in overall experience was great. Our air conditioner our room was very loud. I would have the TV on for noise. It would turn off halfway through the night and wake me up. We could hear the neighbors outside our door plain as day for some reason we were put for no housekeeping whatsoever and even the front desk doesn't know why that was done. Outlets were terrible for charging the phones also, our phone did not work in a room and being on the 5th floor was exhausting going down every time I needed to ask a question

Overall, it was an incredible experience ! The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and felt very safe, the pool was gorgeous, the room itself was fantastic .... I loved it all ! I'd definitely stay again. My biggest 'complaint' would be that the shuttle system from the hotel to DisneyWorld was very disappointing. I assumed it would be constantly traveling to and from the hotel every 20/30mins, but the few drop off and pick up times they had were few and far between and it was difficult to get a spot (as you had to book a seat). It was so poorly done, that me and my friend chose to do Lyft to and from the park the whole time (adding a significant extra expensive we didn't anticipate). If they fixed the DisneyWorld shuttle system to make it every 20/30mins, my review would be a solid 5stars and I would have no negative comments at all. 😊 But, other than that, it was an AMAZING ecperience 🙌
