Great Family Fun near Disney
Other than the check-in process and figuring out how to navigate the closest elevator, this was the perfect place for 6 of us. Clean, well furnished, comfy and the pools and water park were ideal for our down time from Disney. My only suggestion would be a few more kitchen utensils and microwave cooking dushes. Yes, some of us actuality cook!! Still a wonderful place to stay.

My only complaint was the front desk was not adequately staff for such a busy time of year. Check in and out should be serviced different from general inquires by guests.

Perfect location for a Florida getaway!
This is a beautiful property and location for your family. A very easy check in process, easy to navigate the grounds and where to park. A short drive to Disney, took us less then 20 minutes from the time we left until we were parking to walk into Magic Kingdom. I was disappointed when we checked in to hear they use a 3rd party service for their “Disney” shuttles, The set times were awful. So don’t plan on using them for shuttle services. The property was very clean, but pretty minimal. There was coffee grounds, but no coffee maker, no dish soap to do dishes, no laundry soap/fabric sheets for laundry. It felt like a hotel stay, in a condo. The water park obviously is one of the reasons why you might choose this for your family stay! We spent a full day 10am-5pm at the park! It was a perfect day! No food or beverages allowed, so we snuck back out to have a picnic. But they do also have a bar/food right there! Rest easy and enjoy your vacation. This overall is a good pick!

Great stay and would come back
Clean unit, everything there however ended up calling front desk around midnight as there was a major fight/screaming in the unit above us. Security calmed everything down fairly quickly. Other thing is the sound proofing between units could be better, we could hear people walking above us and next door.

Needs a little TLC
Our unit was very spacious. We loved having the washer/dryer and kitchen set up. There were some things that needed attention. One of the guest rooms door casing was broke bad. My daughter locked the door and couldn’t open it back up from inside the room or us trying from the outside. We had to work with it awhile to get it to release. The trim wasn’t a little broke, it was splintered a good chunk around where the lock plate is. There were areas of grout missing around the tub. The dishwasher piece around the control panel fell off every time the door was opened. If we laid a towel down on the floor as a shower mat it would have brown stains all over it. Almost like there was rust seeping through the flooring. We loved the water park. Dining was good. The little store was very convenient. People were helpful and friendly. All in all enjoyed the stay, the unit just needed some attention in my opinion for the price.

Nice stay
This is a nice property, but unfortunately is showing some wear and tear after just five years or so of operations. First, some positives: Spacious room for the five of us to spread out; quick check-in, good communications. We like to have a few meals from our room when travelling as a family and the kitchen and dining areas were perfect. Bed was comfortable and rooms were by and large very clean. Our daughters loved the pool areas, but we would recommend booking chairs or a cabana in advance. We did and that saved us a headache in trying to find chairs. A couple of negatives: First, our unit had to be one of the worst ones on the property. We were farthest from the pools, but our 2nd floor deck area overlooked loading docks and trash bins and if that wasn't bad enough, the view past that was a swamp and construction site. The area also seemed to be the venting system for the whole unit as giant fans hummed constantly and that combined with the beeps from vehicles backing up made the deck area pretty worthless. This isn't all as bad as it sounds because there are areas to just get away and go sit outside, but just not from the comfort of your room. There were also some issues with the property in terms of showing wear and tear. A dresser handle was broken, a dresser top was chipped, very stained carpets in the hallway. We also found the layout of the property extremely confusing. It's ok if you're walking around the peremiter of the complex, but for us to get to the pool area included walking through a parking garage, then outside past the main entrance, then back through another parking garage. If you try to get anywhere in the complex indoors, you'll probably get lost. One final note. While not a big deal, usually when I see a VRBO property with pictures of decorations around the unit, those decorations are a part of the unit. In this case, there was some art on the wall, but anything else in the pictures that was meant to make the place look really cool are not in the property. In the end, while the list of things that could be improved is fairly lengthy, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again on a future trip to the Orlando area. A lot of nice restaurants nearby, plus groceries. 4.5 stars.

Very nice property but farther from the parks than I thpught.
Shuttles to the parks were limited so we only used them once. Also kitchen lacked storage and had very limited cooking utensils, pans, and plates. There were only 6 forks. We were also told there would be a keurig coffee pot and it was a very small regulat pot. We rented a cabana 1 day which was nice but it closed early at 5pm and we were told 7 pm. But besides these complaints the staff at the property were very nice and made our stay special and the condo was large and nice. Pools and grounds were also lovely. Would consider staying here again but would not plan on cooking!

Check in was fast, resort looked very nice on the outside. When we got to our room at about 8pm sink was clogged. So I called to have someone take care of it. We left came back about midnight no one came to fix it, we call again and some came at about 12:45am. My brother went to lay in his bed after sink was fixed and OMG! His bed had urine in it!!! Called office back at at 1:30am they sent Vince awesome awesome man! He got his staff right on it but as further inspection on room we had no soap, shampoo or body wash all the containers were empty, stove was not wiped down, counters were sticky, master bathroom had used dental floss on the floor! If it wasn’t for Vincent I would have seriously just cried! My family didn’t get to bed till after 3:30am so of course our plans for the next day we’re ruined everyone was exhausted from being up so late not to mention an 18 hr drive to get there. The office manager called in the morning saying they would wave resort fees. SERIOUSLY that really doesn’t make up for family landing in a strangers URINE! And not to mention our next day schedule also ruined. We’ve never stayed outside of Disney and honestly saving a few bucks to stay at this resort was absolutely the wrong choice sooo not worth it. I have never had to leave such a terrible review before. The only five star this place gets from me is Vincent maintenance department.

Great amenities. Good for fam with kids
I stayed 6 days with fam and 3 children (age 9,6 and 1) and the amenities at the location was really great for the kids. Pack and play provided on site. We did two days at Disney and there were lots to do for the kids on the grounds outside those dates - water park, pool, arcade, even egg hunt at the kids activities center (we went during easter). Minor issues spotted in the room included some drainage problem in the shower, rusting around the bathtub, broken coffee machine. Minor issues on ground included leaking from ceiling in the arcade. We did not try out austin lake as it seems to have lots of mosquitos. But overall the convenience of having everything at the resort and all the great amenities provided makes it a great experience overall. Would recommends for family with kids!

Great location for going to Disney Parks, great 3 bedroom condo. No coffeemaker in our room as advertised. Pool was nice but waterpark was dirty - my daughter was grossed out in the lazy river by hair, etc. Very crowded in that area also.

Apartment was clean and beds extremely comfortable. Check in was long ad arduous. Impossible to get anyone on the phone. TV was not working and could not get any service. Communication with billing and checking out was difficult. Grounds were well maintained , pool area and lazy river was rather dirty. Food served on property was excellent.

Our 3 room condo was perfect size for the 5 of us. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The resort is very well kept and having a store for snacks and also a restaurant was convenient. My teenagers weren’t interested in the water park but it did look nice. Instead we rented fishing poles and fished off the dock. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location and stay
This is pretty much a brand new resort with great pools and a big waterpark. The grounds are very well kept. The apartments are great for families, well appointed with fully equipped kitchen and very clean. Disney parks are 15-25 minutes driving, grocery and restaurants are in close vecinity. Just fyi they will charge you a daily resort fee and also daily parking fee (this one makes no sense to me either...). Overall we really enjoyed this property and will likely return.

The unit itself was very nice. The grounds well maintained but finding the room was very difficult because the signage wasn’t clear. Also, although advertised as having 24 hour room service there wasn’t, and the food options from the restaurant were more limited than the menu and not particularly good. No meaningful bar area either. If you’re looking for a place with a good restaurant and bar on site this probably isn’t it. If you’re looking for a great room and eating in then this place probably makes sense.

What could make it perfect
Very nice place but, if a washer/dryer is in the unit, complimentary laundry detergent should be available. I have stayed in many similar places and this is the first in which it was not. The market was “out” of detergent all week requiring a trip to the grocery store. Also, A daily resort amenities fee is exorbitant if never used. We used the pool one afternoon and never used the transportation to the Disney properties. I’d rather see a fee for use of each. We’ve stayed at Another resort in the area in the past and there is no fee for use of the pools and bus transportation is extra. Guests should not be required to pay for parking! That is ridiculous. The rooms themselves are expensive which is fine, or would be if it were not for the add on fees. Would I recommend this place?Only after full disclosure of the extra costs. Your site does mention them so that should actually be included in the cost estimate of the room .

Amazing!!!
My family and I all concluded we would definately stay here again. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The apartment itself was very ckean!!! The location was perfect.

perfect vacation
I absolutely loved this condo. It was so clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The resort is very nice and close to Disney. Coming back after a long day at the parks was a treat. i have already recommended to several friends.

Most great, but some frustration!!
Pre-Reservation process online was great. We were excited to take the grandkids (4) for their first trip to Disney! We stopped by to arrange early checkin so at evening arrival (late, after Disney) we could just shower and fall into bed. Upon morning arrival we learned computers were down, but expected to be fixed by evening. NOPE. On our LATE checkin we were standing in line behind a lobby full of disgruntled guests waiting for 2 receptionists to check everyone by hand. ☹️Took way TOO LONG tho I felt sorry for the employees. FINALLY we gathered our 4 sleepy kids and 4 adults to find our room. Only other downfall? Signage could be improved for locating suites. The suite? BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, LOADED WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED! This is a gorgeous place, the kids LOVED the pools, slides, lazy river, activity arcade, etc. (Grandmom loved all of the lifeguards!) and we wished we could stay 2 more days!! THANKS for a mostly wonderful visit at a very FAIR price point!! We will definitely RETURN!!

Great Place
Place is located in a central area where you can get to most places within 15 minutes. Overall, suites were amazing, staff was friendly and very helpful. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a quick getaway or an extended stay. Place has a lot of outdoor activites to take advantage with the family.

Orlando Fun
The condo was lovely and close to area attractions. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit was great for our party of 5. This is a newer property, and the unit was clean and comfortable. The master bedroom and bathroom were very spacious. The secondary bath and bedroom were also very nice. Before arriving on property, it was not clear to me that the resort fee and daily parking fee were not included in the condo price. We took the park shuttle one day (ran late and multi-hotel stops), but we opted to take our own vehicle the other days. The resort is close to the attractions, and the drive was easy. The elevator was out of service part of our stay (3-4 days). So, we needed to park on the garage roof and take a flight of stairs up to the 6th floor. It was not a big deal for us as I have able-bodied teenagers. However, the situation would be less desirable with young children or for individuals with handicap needs. During our 1 week stay, we had little time for the resort amenities. My girls did spend 2 hours at the water park, but they felt it was mainly for younger children. The concierge was excellent. We booked park tickets (Disney parks, Universal parks, and Kennedy Space Center) through the Grove Resort. I would recommend the condo to other families.
