No one is obviously checking to see how many people guests are crowding multiple members of their family into one room.
Your waterpark cost $25 and you won’t allow tickets to be sold until 11 so guests are forced to stand in line waiting to purchase tickets when they could easily purchase tickets instead of waiting in line for an hour starting at 11 AM.
The beds are hard and uncomfortable. The blankets were requested didn’t come until the next day.
The check-in was a nightmare. The concierge did not know where our building was because he didn’t have a map. Turns out when he finally got one. The building was literally behind the check-in office.
I was given keys but told the wrong room number so my family and I spent 20 minutes walking back-and-forth trying to get into a room that wasn’t assigned us then I got a call from your concierge saying I still had to pay a $68 registration fee or resort fee. When I was checking in I kept asking them. “Is there anything else I need to do to pay before?” the kid at the front told me no only for me to get a call from the manager 20 minutes later saying I need to come back walk all the way back from my room to the check-in office to pay them the $68 and they eventually gave me the right room number. This whole thing took about an hour and a half. It was literally the worst check-in process I’ve ever had in my entire life.
The only thing I liked about the entire stay was the fireworks that was the only thing I enjoyed, terrible experience
