Don’t let the picture of this suite trick you! Overall the suite itself is fairly new, but the disappointing issues was on the following:
there’s no door knob for the restroom door to shut the door
we were told that WiFi was only for 1 device, we had to pay additional $10 WiFi service. It was noted from Expedia that it was free WiFi but didn’t specifically in detail that it was for only 1 device
the walls of the room & ceiling are thin as a cardboard that anything can be heard. The room from above us kept on pounding on their floor after midnight to 3am. Then rooms on both sides were also pounding their beds and tapping on the walls in the middle of the night
the only one elevator for the suite was out of order so we had to use the creepy stairs going up for 3rd floor
Also they charge for everything just like the WiFi,
changing out their towels (which I didn’t use), hair dryer and pots and pan also a fee. Housekeeping is every 14 days, which we didn’t qualified for that because we were there only for 10 nights
We came back one night late from Disney and luckily we find 1 last parking
There are long term residents that also living in the suites
At least there’s no bed bugs or other crawling creatures seen in our room during our stay
We didn’t want to report because we were just there for our Orlando/Disney trip to shower and stay for night. Overall, I definitely will NOT return to this or any WoodSpring suite after this horrible experience.
