When we raised this, they explained we got what we paid for and should have booked directly on their website, which felt misleading. 'We stayed at the hotel just before the start of the season. In fact, we were the only guests for the first two days. I can't speak of what happens during the peak season, but it was the best place we have ever stayed at so far. The room was exceptionally clean and fully renovated with modern amenities; the staff was great and very attentive. Breakfast was excellent and varied every day. WiFi Internet was fast and stable. Effie is an exquisite host and very helpful and kind. Away from crowds but very close to the action and beautiful beaches especially Toroni. It has my highest recommendation.'
