No Smoking:

Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the condo. If you need to smoke, please use the designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

We DO NOT supply pool house towels. Please bring your own. Missing towels will be billed to your account.

No Parties or Events:

Parties and large gatherings are not allowed in the condo. Please respect the peaceful nature of our community.

Maximum Occupancy: 4

The condo is suitable for a maximum of 4 guests. Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval.

Cleanliness:

We take pride in our space and kindly request that you leave the condo in the same condition you found it.

Please remove your shoes upon entering to help maintain a clean environment.
Please remove the decorator pillows and place them into the closets until departure.

Please clean up after yourself in the kitchen and other common areas.
Please place all dirty linen and towels into the bathtub for professional cleaning upon departure

Pets:

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the condo however, we are sympathetic towards Emotional support pets for a nominal fee. Additional charges of $100.00 will be billed if we find excessive dog hairs, pet urine etc... left behind as a result of neglect.

Respect for Neighbors:

Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise levels down, especially in common areas such as hallways and elevators.

Utilities and Appliances:

Please turn off lights, appliances, and air conditioning when not in use or when leaving the condo.

Damage and Breakages:

Accidents happen, but please let us know if anything gets damaged or breaks during your stay so we can address it promptly.

Security:

Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the condo.

Do not share access codes or keys with unauthorized individuals.

Garbage and Recycling:

Garbage and recycling disposal instructions are provided in the guest manual. Please follow these guidelines to help us maintain a clean environment.

Lost Items:

We are not responsible for items left behind. Please double-check your belongings before checking out.

Emergency Contact:

In case of an emergency or urgent matter, please contact any member of our team through the Airbnb platform.
