'Good hotel and breakfast. But the lines were long for breakfast every morning so it took a lot more time than expected to get through. Kids enjoyed the pool especially the little ring of water so that was fun.'

'The room on the first floor was dark and dank. It smelled like old cigarettes. The staff changed our room to the third floor immediately. Same room layout with a very comfortable king bed. Room was very nice and clean. The staff were all very friendly and polite. The only thing I would caution is that there are no elevators. So that could be hard for someone older. We would stay there again, just not on the first floor.'

'The property was clean but there was absolutely no staff that was useful. We stayed for 4 days with two babies under two and were left with only two towels. When we asked for more towels, no one would help us. Overall I wish there was more staff to help the customers it would make the stay a lot more enjoyable.'

'We have stayed here a couple of times and in fact when we need a hotel in East Wenatchee this is where we stay. It's a 5 minute drive to my daughters house which is very convenient, but also it is a nice place, always clean and all the staff has been very friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a good selection and i have to comment on the oatmeal in particular. I never have oatmeal other than making it at home because it is usually slimey or not cooked enough for my liking, but their oatmeal is...

'Not very considerate to guests! Room was dirty and grungy. My family was very unhappy and we were not comfortable! We waited outside im the heat with our animals for over an hour. The check in time was supposed to be at 4pm…we didn’t get a room until 6pm! The next day we had asked for a late checkout since we had waited for them the previous day but the owner was not even listening to anything I was asking and was trying to kick my teenager out of the room while we were not present! Worst hotel...
