'Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. I arrived a bit too early and they were able to provide me with a room hours before my check-in time. I did notice that the elevators were a bit too crowded when there are Conferences going on and since you're not able to easily switch elevators, you might stop on every floor before getting to the lobby (which might be a few of you're high up). Other than that, loved my stay here and would definitely come back again'

'Construction in front of hotel so no parking but hotel parking lot was excellent and well lit. View of BC Place from room and walking distance to many parts of downtown especially around the sports arena. Make sure you park your car in hotel before the fans get out of the game, otherwise hard to get into hotel parking as road was blocked. Bathroom was small but very nice and nice coffee/tea service and they put glasses into fridge to keep frosted for cold drinks.'

'Great hotel in excellent location. Everything looks fairly new and in good working order. Great pool and hottub. Lots of closet space, which is a nice change from the norm. Room did not have a terras, but some do, so it might be worth asking for it (if you care about that). Overal a great experience'

'Nice modern updated rooms. Swimming pool was being renovated however, we we’re allowed to use the pool in another hotel closeby. Very well arranged and nice personell'
