'Hotel was in a convenient location, and recently renovated. Our only issues were the lack of a mini fridge and no A/C unit, for the latter, they expect you to leave your balcony door open, which also means you’re subject to the balcony light and defeats the purpose of the black out curtains.'

Hotel is wel te groot geworden. Wellness is met afwisselend badkleding aan net niet helemaal ontspannen. Het extra restaurant viel tegen. En het blijft aan de prijs. Maar alles keurig. '
'One of the best hotel spas I have ever experienced. Multiple types of saunas, steam rooms, and cold plunge. Besides that, the views are incredible. The room was very nice. The breakfast buffet was pretty good but what makes it is you can order things like pancakes for no additional charge. Location is great for relaxing at the hotel, taking a gondola down to town or chairlift up , or hiking and biking. If doing hikes (or traveling to things) not on the mountain frequently, it may not be the best...
'We absolutely loved our stay here, the all inclusive was great value for money with the facilities, service and quality of food. All of the staff, especially Oussama and Paolo, catered for my partner’s gluten allergy incredibly well - we have never felt more comfortable at a place for it. The ease at which they accommodated it for the six course tasting menu in the evening was amazing. We will definitely be returning!'
'We kregen een mooie ruime kamer met terrasje en uitzicht op de bergen. Beter dan verwacht. Opvallend vriendelijke bediening en service. Het avond diner was zeer goed en voor een schappelijke prijs. Het was echt gericht op hotelgasten en op een vast tijdstip. De bediening was een voorbeeld van vriendelijkheid en zeer grote efficiency.
