Our comfortable accommodation is situated on the second floor of a well-maintained building fitted with a passenger elevator that is accessible starting from the second floor, bringing great convenience for guests travelling with luggage, shopping bags or travelling with family.

There is a shared laundry space available on the sixth floor, where you can make use of a communal washing machine free of charge. It is ideal if you are staying for multiple days, allowing you to wash your clothes conveniently during your trip so you can pack lighter and refresh your outfits easily after a long day of sightseeing around Osaka.

The shared area is kept clean and tidy regularly for all guests to use comfortably. Inside your private rental space, you will find all essential living facilities including high-speed free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, complete bathroom toiletries and basic kitchenware to meet your daily travel needs.

Note: The size of the double bed is semi double bed.
No Parties or Events: Parties, and events are not allowed.

No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home (including e-cigarettes/vapes).

Cleanliness: We take pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and kindly ask that you leave the home reasonably tidy at check-out. Additional cleaning may be charged if the property is left excessively messy.

Late Check-out: Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Late check-out may be available by request, subject to availability and an additional fee.

If you need to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, you are welcome to leave it on the first floor. The area is monitored by security cameras 24 hours a day, so you may leave your belongings there with confidence.
However, for your own security, we kindly recommend keeping valuable items such as your passport, mobile phone, wallet, cash, and other personal valuables with you at all times.
