The Tennoji neighborhood has been home to performing artists known as “Reijin” since the founding of Shitenno-ji Temple in 593; it was once a lively town called “Tennoji Village,” where as many as 400 performers gathered. This property features a private sauna for enjoying with friends and a “relaxation space” where you can unwind while listening to music, making it the perfect whole-house rental for gathering with friends and having a great time.

This three-story building offers a spacious area of approximately 137 m² of spacious living area, complete with 3 bedrooms (each with 2 double beds), a living room, a lounge area, a kitchenette, 2 restrooms, and 2 bathrooms (2 shower stalls, 1 bathtub, and a sauna room with a cooling pool). It can accommodate up to 12 guests (8 guests as standard). It is equipped with kitchen appliances such as an induction cooktop, microwave, rice cooker, and coffee maker, as well as a TV, projector screen, speakers, washing machine, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.
