'We're from Georgia, and we were looking for a place that would have an eclipse rise at maximum coverage at sunrise. What better place than a lake? Well...the Great Lakes are very fickle beasts w.r.t. weather. Nevertheless, after numerous foggy mornings, we got a great view of what we wanted on the day that we needed. 'This was a great place to stay for Labor Day Weekend 2023! We stayed in Cabin #1, which was very clean and well taken care of. The owners of this property have thought of everything to make sure they provide the most comfortable stay for their quests. There is a BBQ grill with utensils, fully stocked kitchen with pots/pans/utensils etc... The beach with a private firepit was also awesome! This property is a must stay!! 'I had a nice time staying at the property. They communicated with me promptly when I messaged them. It was a little warm in the upstairs bedroom, but I did see central air will be available next year! The beach access was very close. The showers had excellent water pressure and appliances were very nice. The neighborhood was very quiet, which I loved!'
