'Extremely hospital & higher level of aminities. Only bad thing were the beds. Extremely soft because of age I think. Please fix that as mattresses should be at least a 6-7 firmness…. Not 2-3. (Way too old & soft). I asked for something firmer but front desk said there was nothing else??? I believe it’s next to impossible to not have a firmer bed in all those rooms???'

'This hotel is our families go to every time we are in Whitby for a sports event. It is in the centre of all the arenas and the hotel is always quiet, clean and all the staff are so friendly. I love that I can do my laundry before I go home.'

'I specifically selected this hotel because of the presence of charging stations for electric vehicule. I can't talk about Tesla stations, but NONE of the non-Tesla chargers were working. Neither at the Hilton, neither at the Homewood (also their property). Very annoying when you rely on something that does not work. None of the employees were able to help on this. SO PLEASE REMOVE THIS OPTION FROM YOUR LIST'
