'The rental was nothing less than exceptional, Jim made everything so easy, keeping us informed, giving suggestions of all his favorite places around town.The house was a true dream come true in paradise. Just steps to the sand, and a view you only see in movies. 'Home was as advertised. Very quiet and less than a mile to manasota beach. House is well furnished. I did bring my own keurig and beach wagon. Pool is well maintained and big. The house could easily sleep 8 or more people so it was a little big for 3 of us. Neighbors are quiet. Would stay here again'

'We had never been to Sarasota before and were thrilled with the location of this Vacation Rental. Walking/biking (Legacy Trail) distance to parks, groceries, and museums on a quiet dead end street. Easy access to beaches, theaters, and friends on various Keys. The home itself was super clean and comfortable supplied with everything we might need. The owner was exceptionally respectful of our privacy and immediately responsive for any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again.'
