This is my second stay in 3 weeks and people are great there, rooms very clean, but one of the 2 elevators was out my first visit then broke down again the second visit 3 weeks later. Not that big of a deal unless your room is on 5th floor and the wait time for one elevator was super annoying. Other than that place was great'

'The stay was great, the view BEAUTIFUL from room 446. Check-in was simple and easy since I did most of it online. Desk staff was great helping me get to my room and going over the amenities plus whats good to eat on the Island. Overall my stay was absolutely awesome and I cant wait to come back already. We also met some new friends our neighbors on both sides and shared our Galentines gifts...lol If I had to pick something, I woulsd ask to sweep floors better, lots of hair but nothing I couldnt...
