'Our fridge was not working at all - Kris (front desk person) tried to be very helpful, but we ended up putting our stuff in the fridge with several bags of ice inside! The AM front desk person said it was probably turned down low but there was no way to turn it up inside or outside the fridge!'

'We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We really appreciated the free breakfast in the morning—it had a good variety and made our stay even more convenient. Free parking was also a big plus. Overall, a very pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again!'

'This is a cute little motel. I would say that it is fine for an overnight stay but would be difficult for a longer stay. The place is very clean and you can tell that they work very hard to keep it to work nice. The rooms are not large and the bathrooms are ridiculously small. If you've read reviews about the toilet to be extremely close to the shower, that is accurate but I didn't find it that upsetting. Or room looked nothing like the pictures on the website so that was a bit of a surprise....

'The do not have Queen beds, despite all advertising saying they did. When I brought this up with management, they said they only have doubles and didn’t seem to care that their website says otherwise. We also couldn’t have anyone sleep on the floor because there were little beetles crawling around. Carpet had a tear that was duct taped together. The bed light switch was hanging out by its wires.'

'The River Inn is in a great location,wakable to many key sites. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We loved our room- great size and comfortable bed. The amenities and discount at the M Cafe next door were wonderful bonuses. I'd definitely stay here again.'
