'Hung up in unbelievable traffic in Santa Cruz, I was not able to check into the hotel until 7 AM the next day when they reopened. So I don't have the overnight experience one expects.
That said, the room was very clean, the shower had good hot water, and I did get a morning nap on the bed. Fort7nately, it is off the road a bit. But noise carries and young Costa Ricans love their motorcycles. So if you are super noise sensitive that might bother you, but the traffic is really light on that...

'Our stay at Hotel Amira was beyond expectations and exceptional. The location and the staff, especially the hotel manager, went above and beyond to make our stay more than comfortable. The location was great. Several choices of restaurants nearby and close to beaches. Having stayed at many places in Costa Rica I would highly recommend Hotel Amira as a great place to stay.'

'Everything!!! We were the only people staying there at the time and got to have the whole place to ourselves. It was a great birthday treat for myself and my partner. 10/10 would go back especially for the dogs: Canela, Chocolate, and Rocky'

'Extremely secure and secluded. Villa to villa distance is quite far and we could not see or hear anyone else. Grounds are very large, beach is pretty much private but you should know it’s a bit of a walk from some of the villas around to the restaurant and beach.
Private pool was very nice and overall good stay.
Staff were friendly and helpful and very easy to communicate with, 10/10 for the staff! '

'Stay was decent , staff was great. But the rooms didn't have hot water again. I stayed there in January and there was no hot water. The same thing happened this time. You have to fix the hot water. Thank you'

'We loved our stay! The pool was quiet and clean. The room was small but very comfortable
Lots of great restaurants nearby, I highly recommend La Cabane just a short walk away, we had breakfast every morning at this cozy outdoor spot. We really enjoyed Lola’s and the weekend market on the corner'

'Loved the quaint and friendly hotel. Fantastic location in Nosara. Small but extremely convenient breakfast, great coffee!! Great restaurant a fun atmosphere. Safe and cozy courtyard w pool. Free chairs and umbrella for the r beach. Would go back for sure!!!'
