'Overall our stay was very nice. The property was clean and quiet. There were a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed. One of our party is a contractor and made note of the items. We never did find away to operate the living room fan, and instructions on the fireplace would have been helpful. The up stairs front bedroom’s bed squeaked horribly, we had to set the mattress on the floor to sleep. It was restored to its original placement when we left, also the bathroom faucets cold knob...

'Kelly and Cooper had a great stay here. The studio was very nice, clean, comfortable, and exactly what they were looking for. The ocean views and nearby beach access were terrific, and the property was a very good value for the money. The hosts were also excellent to deal with and very communicative throughout the stay, which made everything easy from start to finish. Being genuinely dog friendly was a big plus as well.Overall, a very enjoyable stay and a place we would definitely recommend and...

'Clean and family friendly with lots of game choices. Hosts were very attentive to helping us figure out the keyless entry.'

The TV remote control would turn the TV on, but the other buttons wouldn't consistently work to do anything else. Also the gas fireplace had a bit of an odor when running, so...

'The dwelling was spotless and very comfortable. Seeing the wildlife in the area was a bonus for us. Will be back soon.'

'Room clean Staff friendly No table or room to journal or eat. No blanket to wrap in on cold mornings. No car, so had to walk. But Otis cafe within walking. Beach is reasonable distance 👍'

'This property was an easy walk to the beach, shops and bakery. The fenced in back yard was perfect as we were traveling with a pet.'
