'We had a great family vacation at Round Lake. The cottage is accurately described and has all the essentials plus some extras (we didn’t get round to experimenting with the air fryer!). Unfortunately the water slide and bike had met an untimely end in a storm shortly before we stayed, but the hosts had purchased extra kayaks and the water was great for swimming, to they weren’t missed. Fun day trips in the area too including Petroglyphs and Ferris Provincial parks. On a wetter day we went to...

'The dock being located a very short walk away was a bit of an inconvenience but the spot was nice. Never used the hot tub…was disgustingly dirty upon arrival. However host addressed right away and sent a cleaner the next day. It took 2 days for the water in the tub to heat back up and another day to clear. We decided not to use it. But it dod become very clean. All in all a nice place for the price and so easy to get to.'

'We had to postpone our trip due to a COVID case, and the owner was extremely helpful and flexible with helping us get rebooked. We also had some questions throughout the stay and communication was always prompt and friendly. The itself property was very clean, cozy, and well heated (we went in November). 'Excellent location, beautiful property. The cabin was wonderful but the best part was the outdoor space with many areas to relax and the kayaks and paddle boat were perfect to take out on the calm water. Would love to stay there again.'
