sea.

entrance to the three-room apartment is in a well-kept garden, shared
with another vacation apartment located on the upper floor.
A small furnished veranda introduces the interior, which is simple and cozy.
The entrance is into the eat-in kitchen from which one passes to 1 quadruple bedroom and 2 shower rooms. From the outside there is access to 1 double bedroom with en suite shower room.

The
three-room apartment on the basement floor is one of the two vacation
homes that make up Villetta Ondamar on the outskirts of Otranto, in a residential area with other cottages, in the quiet and tranquility.
The
location allows you to reach in just 900 meters the Otranto seafront,
the Castle, the historic center and all the beauties of the historic
City of Martyrs.
All the main services are also within walking distance. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 45 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
