Trilo Elia Home is a vacation apartment for rent in Otranto. Autonomous and independent, the home is located on the second floor of a condominium with an elevator. It offers up to 6 beds.
Just 200 meters from the sea, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, mosquito nets, TV, hair dryer, Jacuzzi, etc. Pets are allowed.

vacation home is on the second floor of a building in a residential
area, equipped with an elevator. Well finished and furnished with care,
the apartment has a large balcony where you can have lunch and dinner
outside, overlooking the green.
The interiors consist of living room with 1 double sofa bed, table and chairs, open kitchenette and mini bar, a hallway leading to the sleeping area, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom complete with characteristic whirlpool tub and shower.
Air conditioning is present in the living room and in one of the bedrooms.

meters from the sea. In the immediate vicinity are all the main
services.
The nearest beach is La Castellana, with both free and
equipped space. The beautiful historic center of Otranto, with its
legendary ramparts and precious architecture, is about 1 km away.  


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning not in all rooms.
- There is a mini bar in the apartment.
