Chambre pratique et bien pensée. Amplement de prises électriques. Espaces pour déposer les objets, parfait. Presque 30 minutes d'attente à l'arrivée alors que nous n'étions que 3. Service froid et lent à l'arrivée. Propreté, exemple le gym... laisse à désirer. Poussière au tapis. Le gym n'a pas de poids. Pas de tapis de sol. Il y a une note de laver nos appareils mais il n'y a pas de produits et lingettes pour le faire. Je choisis mes hôtels en fonction d'avoir un gym ou pas. Certains en ont un bien, d'autres pas.

The elevators are some of the worst I’ve seen in hotels. People get so impatient waiting for these elevators they press on up and down buttons and it slows the process even more… I raised a noise complaint at 2am as neighbours were having a party in their room. Had to call front desk again 40 min later as there were no changes. After my 2nd call they still made noise so I put on headphones with music. Staff should be better trained to handle these situations.

It was a decent hotel. Everyone was friendly. There is NO continental breakfast anymore despite what is listed when you book, so be prepared to eat at the bistro in the lobby or go out for food.

From the outside, it looks like a modern building but the hallways look quite dated. The rooms themselves were decently updated and clean. Found it odd to have the pool in full view from the main parking area; perhaps some frosted glass should be considered. All in all, a very nice stay (there for Loppet) and had the weather cooperated, would have stayed a day longer for the Winterlude.

It's an outdated hotel, kind of showing some wear and tear, but the room was comfortable and clean. Walkable to Winterlude activities and the History museum. Had a coffee machine and fridge in the room, no microwave. We received vouchers for breakfast in the morning... standard eggs, toast, etc. Wish hotel prices weren't so out of control though...

Il semblait à l occasion qu il avait seulement 1 ascenseur sur 2 qui fonctionnait , était donné que l on était au 9 ieme étage l escalier n était pas une option , le temps d attente était de 5 à 10 minutes parfois

There was a youth hockey club staying there and they were making so much noice. I could not sleep from 6h30am until 8am. Wish they would have out me someplace else in the hotel. And tv was not working.
