The hotel really lives up to the name and expectations. Lovely lobby with smooth jazz and friendly staff. Big room with a terrific view of the swimming pool with the city skyline in the back. Amenities were great and so was parking. Would 10/10 recommend staying here!

Very nice hotel. Good security as you had to scan room card to go to your floor. I use disabled parking and there was some very close to front door. Room very clean and comfortable. Reasonably priced options for breakfast.

It’s nice hotel especially you are hockey fans, there is chance to meet the hockey players, unfortunately it was no power when I was there , have to walk down fm 12th floor

Our property was impacted by the local power outage and despite our best efforts with Hydro Ottawa we were not able to restore the power as quickly as we had hoped as there was major damage to a local transformer. we've stayed here 5 times and it's always plaisant and clean. We come for a quick get away, shopping and dinning. The jazz bar is always very nice.

I stay here often because there are more pros than cons. However I wish they had some usb ports or charging stations as outlets are hard to come by in the rooms. Other than that rooms are clean and service is great.

We had a great stay at the Brookstreet with our two little ones. We all enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and dad got to use the gym while mom tried out the sauna.

The room was clean and looked nice except that we found glass in the corner of the room, next to the bed. The beds were comfortable but one of them was lumpy on one side. We had cable TV and Wi-Fi which was nice. The mini fridge in the room was useful and it was stocked with some water bottles. The first night and morning we heard a baby crying and screaming in the next room. The rooms aren't totally sound-proof. I was disappointed with the game room. I came to this hotel specifically for the pool and game room. The game room is nothing like the pictures in a Google search. It's a tiny little room with machines that you have to pay for to win dollar store type prizes. The pool is small and a little disappointing too. The kid pool was closed and often there was an instructor giving swim lessons in the main pool which blocked off a section. The hot tub was pleasant. I have a few charges on my credit card that shouldn't be there. I was charged twice for parking and it still hasn't been resolved. I was also charged for an extended check-out time that I didn't use. The clerk at the desk assured me I wouldn't be charged but I was. There are some xylophones outside in the front of the hotel/ They are a very neat features and my children enjoyed playing with them. There isn't a lot around for families except restaurants. Overall, it's a decent hotel but I wouldn't choose it for the pool nor game room.
