Mooi hotel vlakbij het centrum. Goed ontbijt.
Mooi en net hotel, alles op loopafstand van het centrum. uitstekend ontbijt. Wel 18$ per nacht aan parkeerkosten.

All great except that I booked a room with 2 beds and got one with one king size and paid a bit more for 2 beds. I didn’t complain as the hotel is full with high school students on a field trip.

There was no more parking when I checked in.I walked in the rain to find a parking lot else where.and my clothes was wet because the rain was falling hard.

Hotel is fantastic. Very clean, friendly staff, huge room, well designed, great view of downtown. Neighbourhood requires a car to arrive and depart safely. Homeless people shooting up and using meth on sidewalks outside was alarming.

I book this hotel thinking it will be easy for me to walk every where but this hotel is in middle of the busy street and the homeless people residence is just the cross the street from the hotel. so I did not feel safe to walk around. They did not clean our room. Even thought they didn't clean our room we ask for clean towel, so that that we can take a shower. it took them more than hour and we have to call them three times before they deliver our towel. Even though our room is just across from the storage room. other thing i didn't like about is, we can hear every thing going on the above room in the bathroom. they puking running water brushing there teeth we can hear every thing. i will not recommend this place at all. location was right but surrounding area and getting into the hotel by itself is task. Thanks... and sorry for negative review :(

The rooms were nice and a decent size and hotel fairly recently improved. Breakfast was fairly good. However, the neighborhood is sketchy, pool is the size of the bathtub, parking is tight and they missed the wake-up call. Reasonable for the money, but the pool was a huge disappointment.

Very quiet building and great to have the blackout curtains as it made the stay more relaxing. The pool is heavily chlorined burns the eyes. Common space could be cleaned more .. don’t touch the elevator buttons unless you have to kinda gross or look at the floor

I stayed here on a solo trip passing through Ottawa. I was impressed with my room. It was clean, showed no signs of wear. It looked brand new to me. My bed was very comfortable and the pillows, all 4 of which I used, were very comfortable. I sleep very well. Other guests where quiet during my stay. I had a corner room which meant a nice big window that I had a view west and north. The breakfast buffet was excellent quality for a free hotel breakfast. It had hot options and of course the cinnamon buns. Both days I had coffee, eggs, sausage, bacon, and beans. There was fruit, breads cereal yogurt. I took it up to my room. And the staff at the buffet were very friendly and cheerful. I would love to stay here again, but Ottawa is a boring city so that won't happen lol. I will be staying at a Holiday Inn Express elsewhere though. My best tip for you is Ottawa has a lot of one way streets and this hotel falls in between 2. The only way to access the driveway is to be going westbound on St. Patrick. Just remember that for your first time.
