'Outside grounds are very well maintained. When you walk in you're greeted by friendly staff, they were very kind to my party and asked about our stay with genuine interest. The layout of the hotel and finding your room can be a bit difficult, but the rooms themselves were neat and tidy, a/c worked great. Complimentary wine was provided in both rooms, which was a nice gesture. My party enjoyed the pool and had a great time cooling off on the hot day!'

'Hi…This was our first time in Ottawa and staying at this hotel…The smell of weed or whatever the people that were staying there were smoking was disgusting outside the premises as well as inside in the lobby and the hallway….We were highly disappointed and will not stay there again….'

'There was nothing negative to say about this property. Room very spacious and clean , beds super comfortable . We did have leak from bathroom sink but was promptly fixed and bathroom cleaned , extra clean towels brought right away. The attached spa with pools , saunas etc was added relaxing bonus and food at both restaurants was excellent , can t wait to come back for another visit'
