A/C is a portable unit in each bedroom with a hose vented out the window. No dishwasher. Would not call it “charming”or “beautiful”. It was adequate.'

Initially, we were skeptical as the front walk, driveway and back walkway weren't plowed and we had to shovel to get in. Also, the property was advertised as a 3 bedroom space but 2 of the 3 rooms were locked when we first arrived.
