Personeel van het hotel is erg vriendelijk. Kamers zijn mooi en worden goed schoon gehouden. Ontbijt is goed verzorgd. Kom je met de auto dan heb je wel een parkeerprobleem, maar dat heb je nu eenmaal in oude steden. Lopend kom je overal in deze stad.'

'Het hotel is echt fantastisch! Het is een oud klooster(de naam zegt het al) die ze hebben gerenoveerd en het is prachtig geworden! De service is erg goed, ze zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je kamer wordt ‘s ochtends en ‘s avonds(je krijgt zelfs een pillowmint) netjes gemaakt. Het ontbijt is ‘simpel’ maar erg lekker en het wordt goed aangevuld, er is genoeg keuze. 'Beautiful structure in typical local style. Very friendly staff and always ready to answer your questions with a smile. The food at the restaurant is good but not at the highest level you can experience in the area. We enjoyed the location a lot being very close to Pienza and Montelpulciano. Unfortunately the rooms are quite close to the main road and it can get noisy early in the morning. The view on Pienza is simply marvellous as well as the country road to Monticchiello.'

'The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I got a flat tire the day I was leaving the hotel and the staff went above and beyond to help me get the tire fixed so I could be on my way.
