'Overall, the hotel’s location was beautiful, and most things went smoothly. However, two issues seriously impacted our experience. First, we found the breakfast hours to be a bit too restrictive (8:30 AM – 10:30 AM). On one morning, I went to get a coffee at exactly 10:31 AM. Even though it was just one minute past the deadline, the staff member refused to serve me and had already turned off the machine. While I understand rules, a little more flexibility and hospitality for a cup of coffee...
