'This place is beautiful, the view, the pool, all excellent! The food and drinks were great and the staff were so helpful at arranging rides into town or any excursion we wanted! 'Chapa Farmstay is a unique experience. It's about 20 minutes from Sapa town proper which is great. Very quiet and pristine. The little cabins are comfortable, with incredible views and the bathrooms are modern. But the best part of our stay was the host family. We had such a great time chatting with the grandparents during meals, sitting around the fire on cold early mornings and playing with the children. 'La Dao was amazing! It is such a gorgeous location and the staff worked hard to please. The only thing to be mindful of is this is NOT near the action in Sa Pa-it is about a 250-300 dong can ride away in ta van which is a long bumpy road to get to. 'Its higher up in the hills, its far enough from the busy areas so its peacefull, all you hear is the chickens. Mountains look foggy and mysterious. Its a good location to go in walks from, I saw lots of the famous terraced fields. Room was clean and nice, good service and communication from the hosts. 250k VND to go to Sapa town, but the countryside is better than the town'
