'It’s a beautiful hotel staff is polite properties very clean maintain. Only problem I had was that there was not garage parking at the hotel. You have the option of paying $70 for valet parking or finding a parking garage nearby and paying that. Only other complaint I have was the Wi-Fi was down during my stay. It worked have been nice to get a discount due to that inconvenience.'

'The staff was very kind and helpful the entire stay & the hotel itself is very clean and new (minimal carpeted floors which I always look for). The only thing I could see being an issue for some travelers is it is in the heart of the Gaslamp district, so it can get a little loud during the weekends until last call. It was perfect for my little sister and I but is definitely something to consider when booking a place in Downtown SD :) That being said the location was fantastic! Close to so many...

'The staff was approachable and always had a smile when we passed the front desk. They even provided a couple places to visit and eat at near by. Our room was clean and very quiet from outside noise which was great since we were by the rail. Breakfast was good, always hot and a good selection for something quick to start the day.'
