The top bolt lock on the door did not engage the receiver at the jamb. It was miss-aligned. The back door was a little odd and didn't really have a way to lock securely. Older folks loved having the studio to themselves, our college kids enjoyed having the twin beds and their own bathroom, my spouse and I loved the master suite.
