'The room was spotless. Front desk and breakfast area staff were friendly. Breakfast had many options and was very good. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Nice and quiet. Very comfortable bed.'

'Our suite was an amazing room. Having filtered water in our room was a wonderful addition. The salt water pool was good for the skin, but was often pretty cold. I wish they would have also had a hot tub to warm up in. Also really liked their nightly tea time. '

'Everything was great with the room. We had an incident where the elevator stopped working with one member of our party in it. At the time, the staff didn’t follow protocol, however when the manager found out, he made everything right and handled it really well. I truly appreciate Sean the manager for how he handled everything. Would recommend staying here and would stay here again.'

'Clean, staff seemed new maybe… the lady at check in was confident in her answers- although she kept getting corrected by a gentleman working with her. So- she didn’t know what was going on. The gentleman was correct in his advisement. Hot tub/pool was nice- we were just there on a very busy crowded weekend. '

'Checked in and the entire lobby just has a weird smell of food. Got to our room and we had NO hot water. Reported to the front desk who had their maintenance come and said a fuse blew on the hot water heater. We just drove 8 hours and all my kids needed bathed. And were forced to take cold baths. After an hour the water was still cold and I was like "you'll just have to be patient" it was like midnight. The toilet paper smelled like cigarettes and there was no stopper for the bath tub. '

'The room was mostly clean, but the bathrooms don’t look to have been deep cleaned in years. There is no comforters, so if you need more than a single blanket and a sheet you need to bring your own. Also be ready to wake up early as there were no curtains only blinds causing the sun to brighten up the room super early in the morning. On the outside there was trash all over the ground and you can see lint build up on the side of the building next to the door that you go in to check in. '
