Owner does NOT care about how he leaves the house to you. Paid a lot for this house and we arrived to a horrible lacquer paint smell. Had rented property so that my 92 year old mother could hang out with grandkids and great grandkids. We had to cancel plans the first evening and next day so because the paint fumes were so bad we had to air the house out. No response when we called owner. Electrical outlets in bedrooms did not work - had to go buy a large extension cord so that my husband could use his cpap. Trash left at front door, charcoal briquettes and broken furniture littered back patio, broken toys left in shelves, linens were not in all bedrooms, one bed can’t be slept in bc they glued a shelf were your head goes, huge stain on carpet, mattresses are super cheap and uncomfortable, dirty shoe left on top of pillows in closet. Owner truly doesn’t care what kind of experience you have. Owner finally called after I left several messages. Texted twice that he would give me a small refund which was a total lie. DO NOT RENT HERE
