'Very nice stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Lake Katrine, NY. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. We loved the complementary soap, shampoo and other sundries. Very convenient! Shower was consistently hot. Grind your own coffee 24/7 was the best. Continental breakfast was not bad and free. Location is close (within 15 minutes) of most attractions. This hotel is a winner!'

'Not a cheap place ! Let’s start with the smell - strong marijuana smell, and we were traveling with 11 yers old kid. Not family friendly. The room wasn’t clean, everything outdated. We couldn’t close the bathroom door all the way. Misleading advertising. The website stated there is a free breakfast and free Wi Fi. Well, none of that. “ Free breakfast “ was coffee and hot water. No toasters, no bread. None. “ Free Wi Fi” is only if you sign up for a membership, if not you have to pay. And more…...

'Our stay at The Leeway was excellent. Our communication with Tena was great! This made for a seemless self check in and easy texting throughout our short stay. The grounds are beautiful and we espcially enjoyed the creekside oasis just a short walk from our door step. 'The interior of our room was very clean. The automated entry system worked fine. The sound-proofing of the room was quite good, given that the hotel is on a pretty busy stretch of road. There was a fridge, but no sign of an ice machine anywhere. A microwave would have been nice since we brought back leftovers to have for breakfast.
