'This is a great, functional, place to stay if you are visiting Bates College. While it does overlook a Subaru dealership and an Olive Garden it is only 5 minutes from Bates and amidst every large discount store in the area, which was quite convenient for us. The staff is excellent. The only negative would be that they could use some more fresh fruit at the buffet other than the standard apples and bananas, and coffee is not strong. The suites are nice and I would stay there again for sure.'

'My friend and I had a short but wonderful stay at Greenwood Manor Inn while in the area for a wedding. Everything was lovely from our clean and comfortable room to the delicious breakfast out on the porch overlooking the picturesque gardens. Jill was very welcoming. We definitely plan to go back!'
