'This property was very clean and spacious. Very quiet neighborhood and great location. I would definitely stay here again. For future occupancies there is only one TV located in the living room. There is no washer and dryer. The stove has a malfunction where the knob’s were working for the opposite eye, still very much usable (so if you use the right eyes use left eye knob’s).'

'We had a water issue , property mgr addressed quickly. Property is updated but still very worn. There is no towel bar in bathroom, so no where to put towels. Walls are pretty beaten up and dirty along with stairs. '

'This is a very well equipped, comfortable house with plenty of space. The beds are comfy, the house is clean, the kitchen is stocked with what you need. I would definitely stay here again, and plan on it for any future trips to Royal Oak. The hosts are very responsive if you need to reach them, which is helpful. The check in/check out process was smooth and easy. Highly recommended.'

'Wij hebben 5 leuke en gezellige dagen doorgebracht in dit huis met 13 personen. Een mooi en ruim huis en niet geschikt voor nog meer personen. Te weinig bankruimte. Helaas. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug en bedanken Gaby voor haar snelle eaktie op onze vragen en voor haar gastvrijheid. Het was helemaal toppie'

'The house was clean. We found wet towels in the laundry and no trash bags. The outdoor trash cans were both full. The mattress in the back bedroom is worn out.We couldn't sit in the back yard due to the neighbors dogs. Also the garbage disposal doesn't work. We won't stay again.'

'The house was very clean and decorated so nicely. We really enjoyed our stay. Only recommended change I have is add a bar in the bathroom. I was traveling with my elderly parents and getting in and out of the tub was challenging for them. '

'Host was not great at responding to messages before my reservation. I had not received anything regarding check in until morning of, which is fine but that would be nice to know in the description. Traveled in winter and when we arrived the driveway and walk up path were icy and snow covered. It would have been nice to have that shoveled and taken care of before our stay. When we arrived for our stay, the house was dirty. Garbage's were not emptied, sheets were not changed and there was left...

'Mark & Callie are wonderful hosts. The farm is a treasure. The barn is very rustic but welcoming. It was perfect for our family's Christmas gathering. Our only small issue was dead flies in the bedrooms (but, it is a barn on a farm!).Overall we enjoyed every minute, '
