'Easy to follow directions regarding checkin-check out. My room (2b) was large, with a big bed, and couch at the foot of the bed facing a TV and the floor to ceiling window. There was also a small dining table with two chairs. The bathroom was spacious with separate shower and bath. Everything worked and was clean. I think good value. 'Thus is a second visit. Staff are fantastic. We had lovely breakfasts with goodcquality bacon and sausage. There is a large carpark which is a huge asset as parking in Mumbles is always tricky. It is a charming hotel and I hope they never change it.'

Gorgeous view of the beach from our window, very clean room, excellent facilities, comfy bed, friendly owner. We felt very comfortable here and it was perfect for our trip. Amazing for the price too. Room was clean but dated, the windows are single glazed so trains and traffic can be heard clearly, shower cubicle could do with a bit of elbow grease under door on inside to get rid of the mould. Could hear the other customers talking in the restaurant until late while in the room so of you're a light sleeper and need an early night, could be problematic.
