The room was spotless and the staff was most courteous. We even had Halloween treats. The breakfast was your typical fare again with spotless counters and the eating area frequently cleaned.

Very unfriendly service at the main desk, since I had a lot of luggage I had requested a first floor room close to the parking, I got a second floor room at the end of the corridor, the unfriendly lady at the desk told me that it was because I booked through hotels.com, and not through their site. ...

10 out of 10 in every category!!! Amazingly clean and cute. The owners have thought of everything. We wish every place we stay could be this great. If we could give a million stars, we would, but VRBO capped us at 5! Ravens Roost was the absolute best!
