This beautiful and clean property features 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable king bed. The cozy living space also includes a pull out queen size sofa bed and is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring or sitting by the pool/beach. Guests can enjoy a tranquil stay, while making you feel at home while you're traveling.

A full kitchen/dinning space, which includes - fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet, with ensuite bathroom, which has his/her sinks and makeup vanity station. The 2nd bathroom just down the hall in close proximity to the other two bedrooms and has a similar setup. There is an in-unit washer & dryer and wifi included in the condo.

24-hour security on the property will make you feel safe during your entire stay. There is full access to the hotel concierge service for anything you may need. Additionally, there is the condo guest services if you have any issues within the unit and need assistance. An activity booth located on the beach where you can book water rentals and other sight-seeing adventures.

Go explore the island with a full day of activities - there is so much to do and see on and "off" the island of Sint Maarten/Saint Martin - both on the Dutch and French side. Spend the day at Loterie Farms, head over to Grand Case (French side), or Simpson Bay (Dutch side). A family favorite is also doing a day trip to Pinel Island or hop over to Anguilla or Saint Barths for a visit.
