'We’ve stayed this property before and we’ve always loved the property. This time it just felt different. They’re charging $15 a night for parking even though you’re staying there. The bathroom floor and carpet in the room were not very clean. The bathroom at the marina was out of service. The weight staff was OK, but not as good as it’s been in the past. 'We loved using this property for our family reunion! The kitchen is shared with the hosts, but we enjoyed getting to know them, and we loved having the cozy cabins as our own space. Clean, friendly, lots of fun, and close to Ava city stores if needed. Will probably stay here again!'

'We stayed at the Old Brockmans Store for our son's wedding at The Pines at Moser Farms. The store was perfect for a rehearsal dinner honoring the couple. We had a sit down dinner for 40 people and there was plenty of room. Barbara also offered to put me in contact with a piano player for the dinner and that was the perfect touch. It was centrally located, close to 1-40 and the boutiques in town were great. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay! '
