'The property is spacious with lots of seating and tables that allowed us to have several card games going simultaneously. The property also has 3 refrigerators which are needed to hold food and drinks for a large group. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. It was great for our group of eight couples because every couple had their own bedroom/bathroom. There is a nice deck attached with generous seating and tables. 'My Children and their families and I go to a new place (State) every summer to get us altogether. Swimming,fishing,and visiting the area is what we like to do. Checked out Eureka Springs and the haunted Cresent Hotel. Check in was so easy, and everything we needed was there for us to cook. Love the dishwasher. Our 3 adult children and their spouses & our 7 grandchildren— ages from 6 to 16 — found this to be an ideal arrangement for us to visit and be together. 'The property needs new stoves and refrigerators, it needs new flooring in kitchen and it needs work on the pillars on the porch. We had trouble with refrigerators two years ago when we were there. '
