'23 members of my immediate family stayed here from 7/4/25-7/11/25. There were ages from 4 years old - 67 years old and we all had a GREAT time! The house was phenomenal! From the pool, to the dock, lake access and boat rental, to the game room, movie theater seating, THREE refrigerators, well stocked kitchen (crockpots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc), super comfortable beds, pillows, blankets, air matresses galore. I could go on and on. The owner was always available for any questions we had...

'Week of riding OZ trails, 4 guys and their bikes. House was clean had all the amenities needed. Beds were very comfortable. The host (Mit) was always available to sort out any issues or concerns. Would definitely stay there again. We’ve been to Bentonville for the riding half a dozen times, we really like this location for access to highway 49 so we could venture further afield to ride all the great trails NWA has to offer. Price was also very good. The whole crew was very happy with the place....
