'Beautiful property, pictures are accurate, quiet and relaxing, but far from amenities and a long walk (30+ minutes, 4000 steps) to the beach. if you have a car or a bike, then not a bas place to stay regarding accessibility.'

'It really was a perfect location to Patong - I am not going to lie - the hill yes is steep but a bit of exercise never hurt anyone!! As far as the house, it was clean, neat and had everything required. The beds were a little harder than I was use to but hey you can't have everything!!The manager was superb and so were all the staff. You are out of all the noise and bustle of Patong but close enough to duck down and grab a feed and do the night life if you wanted. The pool is a wonderful...

'The villa is spacious for a large group of people, it has a separate dinning area, a big living room, common area and 6 bedrooms. However, the pool is comparatively small and not for swimming. The service from the staff is excellent and the chef cook very delicious Thai food. Only thing need to improve is the cleanliness of the villa. '

'Beautiful villa! Friendly staff. Excellent food. Villa looks exactly like the photos. Our group of 7 had an amazing stay. The only issue is they prefer cash for payment (deposit and payment for food), so bring extra cash. One room's water heater didn't work and another water hose in the toilet was leaking (It is not their fault as we understand things can age). I would rate your villa 9/10 (I would give it 10/10 if you can readily accept credit card). We will definitely return!'
