Welcome to Happy to Sea You! This bright and airy 5-bedroom farmhouse is the perfect place to gather with all of your favorite people and four-legged friends, whether for a holiday, a celebration, or simply a getaway for a family or two.

Featuring a spacious hot tub on the covered back patio, a primary bedroom on the main floor, three king beds, a media room for the kiddos, and close proximity to Sunrise Pool, Happy to Sea You has plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind with good company.

The beautiful open-concept kitchen, living, and dining rooms keep everyone connected and offer easy access to the covered front porch and back deck. Grab your favorite beverage and kick back on the front porch, rain or shine, or sit down for a freshly grilled dinner with tranquil forest views on the back deck. A relaxing dip in the hot tub awaits below the deck on the lower level covered patio.

Back inside, the kitchen is great for entertaining with seating at the kitchen island and lots of counter space for crafting meals of all sizes. Next to the kitchen, the living room Smart TV is equipped with cable for the sports fans in your group to hunker down in front of the gas fireplace for a football game.

Just off the open-concept space, the main floor also boasts a king bedroom with an ensuite bath and walk-in shower for easy access. Another king bedroom with an ensuite bath and walk-in shower can be found upstairs, as well as a queen bedroom with ensuite bath and a designated work space for wrapping up those last few emails before heading to the beach.

A third king bedroom with an ensuite bath is located on the lower level, as well as a bunk room for four and a comfortable media room.
