'It is listed as having 4 bedrooms when in fact there are only 3. A king master on the upper floor (if there were murphy beds I didn't see them) On the 1st floor a queen room, and a room with a double bed and 2 bunk beds. I noticed 2 twin rollaways in a closet but no sofa bed in the living room. There is futon in the game room which would make an iffy bed (and not sure where the bedding would have been). There is a large security deposit that is charged to your credit or debit card that is not described in the description or “total cost” section on Expedia and did not show up except on my credit statement. 'Fantastic stay! They were very welcoming, communicated frequently with us through the app, and the home matched everything described and as pictured! I loved the fenced in front and back yards for our dog. Also, the hot tub was great as it was clean and perfectly to temp! 'Not as close to the beach as we expected, and any view of the beach is fleeting. However, the house is large and beautiful and well equipped for a relaxing stay. We also loved that there was plenty of space for us to store our own food, etc. it was also surprisingly quiet and we felt we had privacy.'

'We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as described. The hosts were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and a perfect view of the Fourth of July fireworks. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seabrook.'

'The pictures on the VRBO website are accurate, this property is spectacular! There were 10 of us for our annual family vacation. The home is comfortable and well equipped and maintained. We accessed the beach and walked to the town several times. Great shopping, btw!! We so appreciate your hospitality and for providing us with the opportunity to experience Seabrook. 'Beautiful. Peaceful. So close to nature yet in the warmth of the home. Amazing views and sunsets. The beach is so walkable and the home was perfect. Loved the kitchen and the full sized washer and dryer were so nice to have for the week. It was hard to leave as this was probably one of our top favorite spots in all of Washington state. We will be back soon! P.S. Watch John Wayne in McQ while you stay and check out the final scene where he walks into the bar… it’s unit 1 downstairs!!'
