'The information to access the key was incorrect, so we were stuck outside for an hour trying to get ahold of someone from Vrbo to help. The home wasn’t very clean, either. There was dog fur and hair all over the place and food in the microwave. The location was good and the home was cute, but there wasn’t even a door separating the living room from the bedroom, only a curtain that didn’t go all the way across for some sound control. '

I wanted to watch the Seahawks game, and the TV was locked down -- even to use apps that I subscribe to. It took hours for a response, at which point I had given up.
