'My adult daughter and I were totally pleased. The house was all that was advertised, and more. Clean, comfortable, very well-furnished kitchen. The description stated that there was no central heating, only a space heater. So we were pleasantly surprised to find a gas-powered heater in the living area that kept the house really cozy, even the bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable. The nearby beach access is apparently not maintained, so it was a bit difficult for me (83 yrs), but there is another...

WiFi was strong and worked all 7 days. Had problems with keypad lock not working, but Vacasa local staff jumped right on that (TY, Matthew!) Would definitely stay again. Ask for the code to dumpster when you arrive. It came too late for us to use.'

'The little cottage was off the beach in Pacific. It had a little peekaboo view of the ocean from the loft. The beach access road was less than 1/2 mile away. You could walk or drive. This cottage was the perfect launching pad for days at the beach and a great place to curl up in the rain.'

'We had a great time staying at Sip n Sea cottage, it was our first time staying at Oyhut Bay and love the environment away from the hustle and bustle of town. We will be back for sure!'

'The house was comfortable and very conveniently located close to the beach. The bathrooms were clean and modern. The only complaint was the lack of a non stick tub liner.The tub was very slick and could have used a grab bar as well. The kitchen had new looking appliances; the fridge was large and the the stove had double ovens. The bedrooms were comfortable, and lacked only screens on the windows. All in all we were pleased with the rental and would return.'

'Pros: The cottage was clean and comfortable, specially the beds. It is well stocked with everything one could need for a comfortable stay. Cons: The online listing stated that it is a few steps to the beach. This is not the case. The beach is several blocks from the beach.'

'Quiet and just perfectly situated on the lake. Daily visits from a family of Otters. Birds singing all day, and frogs all night. 5 minute walk to Damon Park and a huge bay with miles to walk along the beach. Great yard for the dog. Comfy and cozy on the inside. LOVED staying here and will definitely stay again.'

'Upon arrival, it was obvious that it wasn’t ran through for a touch up cleaning same date of arrival. We had a dead field mouse in the master tub and ants all over the kitchen counter. The bathrooms need serious updating, decks need to be painted, she just needs some love. It’s a cool place, we had a great time. If you put about 10k for some upgrades, it would be a more pleasurable stay for your future guests.'
