Sleeping Arrangements:

Downstairs: Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed.
Upstairs: A twin bunk bed and a single twin bed—ideal for kids or extra guests.

Step outside and soak in the fresh ocean air from the patio chairs, or fire up the grill on the private side deck with easy access through a wide sliding glass door. Inside, curl up in the cozy window seats with a favorite book and let the soothing sounds of the Pacific surround you.
Upstairs, a loft retreat awaits with a comfy sofa, work desk, and even more stunning ocean views—perfect for a quiet moment or remote work with a view.
Parking available for only 3 cars. No RV, trailer or boat parking.

Quiet Hours: 10PM - 8AM
Dogs: No pets allowed.
Parking: Designated spots only - contact us if you need extra space
No Smoking or Vaping: including marijuana, inside or on the property.
Safety: Smoke + CO detectors and fire extinguishers are installed.
Bedrooms: No food or drink.
Shoes: Please remove indoors.
Security: Lock doors/windows when away and at checkout
Trash/Recycling: Let us know if bins get full and we`ll empty them.
